Signs of heart disease may be more subtle in women than men
Heart disease and heart attack are serious health threats for women. Yet many women aren't aware of their risk or the potential warning signs of a heart attack.
AZ Blue Goes Red for Heart Health Awareness National Wear Red Day
February is Heart Health Month. Each year, the American Heart Association encourages everyone to wear red clothing on the first Friday of the month and draw attention to heart disease risks, particularly for women.
Our AZ Blue Health Management team joins health care providers, heart health organizations and businesses to raise awareness of heart disease with National Wear Red Day®.
Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and the Cross and Shield Symbols are registered service marks of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans.
